Artist Statement

I am inspired by God’s creation and humbly attempt to depict in art the beauty that He simply spoke into existence.

“When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?” (Psalm 8:3-4)

My passion for painting and sketching began in 1999. I specialize in realistic wildlife art but also enjoy painting landscapes, portraits of pets and people, and abstracts. I have no formal art instruction and attribute my talent to answered prayer. I am inspired by God’s creation and attempt to depict wildlife in their natural habitats.
